Can someone help me? When I jump higher jumps, I always land obliquely as you can see in the pictures. Does anyone have a tip for this? Looking forward doesn't help.
Maybe try continuing forward and try twist your body while your in the air (as in twist it so your facing directly forward) but I don't really know because that seems to happens with me aswell but also you could try land a little lighter ( you may alr be doing that) but idk how lol ❤️ hope this helps
When you go higher, your lower leg(back leg) can swing forward, which throws off your balance. It usually happens from a lack of core/leg strength. To fix it, try focusing on your form, stretch before hobby horsing ofc, and build your leg muscles with exercises. Also, make sure you land softly on the balls (palm) of your feet so you don't twist or roll your ankles. Honestly, I don't recommend that awkward twisting form a lot of people do at the USHHC high jump, because it causes so many injuries and forces you to land flat-footed. The form Kht_Shetty does is way safer and keeps your landings much cleaner x - also we need names for these forms 😭
