These terms are designed to ensure the safety, legality, and enjoyment of our platform for all users while adhering to relevant regulations, including Google Play Policies, Families Policy, COPPA, and GDPR.

By creating an account or using any of the services offered by HobbyHorse Academy, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any future updates. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms or other platform policies, including our Community Guidelines.

16. Email Communication and Consent

By creating an account or subscribing through our website, you consent to receive transactional and service-related emails from HobbyHorse Academy. These may include account confirmations, password resets, course updates, event reminders, and important platform announcements.

We will only send emails to users who have subscribed via our platform (e.g., http://hobbyhorse-academy.com/link) or registered on our website. You can manage your email preferences or unsubscribe at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” button at the footer of our emails.

17. Refund Policy

All clothing items in our shop are custom-made, which means we cannot offer refunds or returns unless there’s a verified issue with your order. If something isn’t right (like wrong item, damage, poor quality, or missing pieces), email our printing company at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. You must include photos or videos showing the problem so we can investigate and offer a replacement if eligible.

We do not take responsibility for damage caused during shipping (e.g., damaged boxes). Also, design or sizing issues caused by customer input may not be eligible for exchange or replacement. One-time free size exchanges are only offered on shoes and clothing if requested within 7 after signing for the order.

In order for a free exchange to be processed, sellers must provide the following information: reason the products didn’t fit (i.e. too small, too big, too narrow), the new size requested by the customer, customer name, order number, and store name.

Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible.

To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we have provided accurate sizing charts on each of our product specifications pages .

Membership orders are also non-refundable. Each month, members receive a unique code to claim a free clothing item. As these codes are delivered instantly and the item is custom-made, we cannot offer refunds once the code has been sent.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

18. Coupons for FREE clothing

Each unique coupon code sent to members is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued. After this period, the code will automatically expire and cannot be reactivated. All coupon emails are reliably sent by our system and confirmed as delivered on our end.

If you do not find the email in your inbox, please remember it is your responsibility to check for any issues on your side, such as a full inbox, spam filters, or incorrect email settings. HobbyHorse Academy cannot be held responsible for undelivered emails due to such circumstances.

If you cannot locate your coupon, we warmly encourage you to reach out to our SUPPORT team at [email protected] within the 30-day period. We are more than happy to assist you if contacted in time.

Please note that after 30 days, we are unable to replace or extend codes, as they are system-generated, tied to specific monthly campaigns, and cannot be reissued once expired.

HobbyHorse Academy is a public platform. Any content you post may be visible to other users and possibly to the general public, depending on the feature.

Please exercise caution when sharing any content. By posting, you acknowledge that you understand this public nature and agree that HobbyHorse Academy is not responsible for how your content is used, shared, or interpreted by others.

20. No Liability Disclaimer 

HobbyHorse Academy and its affiliates are not responsible for any injury, loss, damages (including but not limited to physical, emotional, reputational, or financial damages), or other consequences resulting from:

• Use of the Platform

• Participation in any online or offline activity

• Interactions with other users

• Shared or posted content

Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.
