I just got braces 😭 and they really hurt so sadly have to have a break for riding Joey hopefully be better on Saturday 🫰🏻🤞🏻

I have had braces for 3 years don’t worry!!!
The more they get tightened the less they hurt every time you go they will hurt less xx
Make sure you eat and drink lots of cold stuff it helps so much ! Z

I took them out and was refusing to put them in bc I thought they were broken and they really really hurt
But I put them back in and they have fixed themselves
