Haha, I used to have that too! I got some brilliant tips from Artemis Hobbyhorses:

1. Use good fabric and interfacing (for example, Velboa fabric or just non-stretch fabric).

2. The most important tip that helped me: Stuff it well, press the Hobbyhorse against you while stuffing your HH. This way you get a firm, flat HH!

I recommend GG’s ‘pancake pony’ tutorial; basically sew the mouth shut and squeeze it behind a door, sit on it, jump on it, etc

CPR. Or on a longer road trip or just a trip in a car put it between your legs, I did that with Totilas and he hasn't become chubby yet
