Hey guys random question, do you make and sell hobby horses, if so what do you think is a fair price for them?

Fixzy 🦭🎀

Personaly I sell them for how much I would buy them for!:>

Fixzy ꪔ̤̥ I love that! That definitely would make it more worth it for me! And once I sell mine I will probably do the same : )

I do and I think it really depends on the quality of the horse, the time you put into it, the cost of the materials and the pattern of it (if you made an Appaloosa that took a lot more time and artistic ability than say a bay that could be more). I’d say a good price range is 100 to 200 if you are just getting started. Hopefully this helped a little!! 🫶

Pretty much the same as Makena, I make them, try to figure out how long it took, take in teh cost of materials and double it, and then I have like a base price for each size, for A5’s is 50, A4’s it’s 65, and if the horse is a little messed us, I lower it a bit, like I have to white A5’s whose face looks a little wonky up close. The same as with Fixzy, how much would you buy them for?

My base price is $65 for an A5. The more complicated the design, the more it costs. A5 with shading? $70. But if you want a pattern on the coat, like a pinto, it’s closer to $80. I also would rather my horses sell for less than I list them for more and they just sit around, so I really try to make it affordable. But they also take so much time and materials so I have to factor that in too! And if there’s any mistakes…
