Hello everyone i just want to say that my mental health and phisical health is not realy on the top right now and im just going to tell you guys about it...

I have a lot of problems with school and anxiety so its right now realy stressing and that takes a lot of energy so I just feel like im just deflated

And with my phisical health i have done realy high jumping lately like ive done over 1 meter jumps and even when I feel tierd i just dont stop trying but that has gone to far. Now because I just kept trying even when I started to get tierd and I didnt take breaks....

Now after my horse riding fall last week it got better but now it hurts in the exact place it hurt before and that was because I started to get back into work to early and now I have got like crushed in my shoes because they are acualy to small for me so now my feet hurt...

And because I have been jumping so high without taking breaks i have now also hurt my hip....

I will now be taking a litle break from hobby horsing intill i feel better but I will still be posting and doing hobby horsing to keep my body exercised but I will not jumping high again for a whild just for my health....
