For all of the hobby horsers , You NEED to try this!! Personally i train a lot and i not always have a filmer,or do NOT want to pay 100 dollars ( or more) on a filming stick, this life hack changed my life.
What you need;
A chair, table, or as you can see on the foto, idk the name, you can also use that.
2 rubberbands

The 2 rubber bands are for extra strong but as you can see in the 1 foto you put the 2 rubber bands in your hands so not separate!!
