To solve this, we are building an automated support portal which will debut in a few months to ensure all user needs are met. 💕
We are also aware of technical problems that occurred recently, which are planned to be fixed. Please know, that if you ever were a paying member and didn’t receive code for specific month, you don’t have to worry because we will send you new coupons when our team will have time to manually review each inquiry and create individual codes for each user. We are working hard for hobby horsing to be taken seriously worldwide. Because this app is publicly available, we also need to keep it safe and appropriate for everyone. From now on we will delete posts that might feel inappropriate in that sense.
