A two-day trail camp uses Pylykkäri forest’s soft-needle paths to drill balance, hill work and water-tray crossings on hobbyhorses. Participants pitch personal tents beside the lake, cook dinner over open fires and finish each evening with glow-bracelet relay laps round the pine circuit. Day-two’s mini-competition scores clear rounds and optimum time rather than speed alone. The €35 (4H-member) / €55 (non-member) fee covers meals, insurance and a locally carved spruce rosette. Registration via 4H’s online form closes once 25 places fill.
