Held inside Finlandโs Olympic training complex, the three-day residential blends sport-science workshops with arena schooling (30 โ 90 cm grids on tartan, flatwork drills under mirrors) and a supervised fitness-suite circuit. An applied biomechanics lecture shows slow-motion footage of elite hobbyhorse jumpers, followed by practical drills on landing angles. Evenings feature lake-sauna recovery and a pool-noodle aqua-joust. Full board in athlete dorms, physio screening and post-event video feedback are included in the โฌ285 fee. Only 50 slots are released (opens 13 January) and historically sell out within 48 hours.
