Kicking off Austria’s season on May-Day, the Egg riding club pairs its spring family fair with a full hobby-horse schedule: dressage tests for newcomers, three height-band show-jumping rounds (30 cm, 40 cm, 50 cm) and a two-part provincial championship finale at 50 cm. Entry fees stay symbolic (€5/class) to encourage first-timers; helmet hire and loan ponies are free. Off-arena there’s a pet-corner, local-food stalls and live folk music. Medals come from wood milled in neighbouring Bregenzerwald, emphasising the event’s eco ethos. Spectator parking and shuttle buses from Egg-Markt station are included.
