All you have to do now is start with the creation of Masterclass. This means 60 min training video (needs to be split into chapters).
Video needs to be in horizontal format in good quality and lightning.

ABOUT THE ACADEMY
It is completly normal to have questions and there are answers to most common ones below.
We are a small team based in Slovenia, Europe, registered under the company Studio Merlin. The founder Tjaša (Tassh) started this project a few years ago with a focus on clothing, and now we’re expanding into the Hobby Horse Academy.
Coaches are selected by invitation only. We carefully choose coaches from all over the world, and not everyone can become a coach.
No, there is no payment or subscription fee for coaches. The only requirement is to create a free masterclass, which will be part of the academy’s core training. This helps introduce coaches on the platform and allows potential students to preview their future programs.
We pay our coaches 50-100€ / hour of content, BUT first masterclass needs to be free so that we can see if your videos are high quality. If yes, then you get accepted in our paid coaches program.
You will also get access to platform where you can upload additional independent courses & set your own prices.
Please note that there is also 22% TAX because all purchases go through our payment system. You can then withdraw your earnings from the platform any time you want.
There is no formal contract for coaches. We don’t want to make this an obligation, but rather an opportunity to join and grow if you wish.
No, you do not need to have a registered company to join as a coach. You can participate as an individual, freelancer, or business, depending on your personal circumstances and local regulations.
You’ll have the chance to name your masterclass—feel free to get creative with it! Examples include “Dressage for Beginners,” “Advanced Jumping Techniques,” “How to Sell Hobby Horses,” or whatever you want. The choice is yours!
Once you’ve chosen a name, you have complete creative freedom to explore any topic that matches your expertise and passion. Whether it’s a deep dive into advanced techniques or practical advice, your approach will be unique because it reflects you.
We believe that every coach brings their unique perspective, experience, and personality, even if topics may overlap. This is the first time that knowledge from hobby horsing experts worldwide is coming together in one place, creating a rich, diverse learning environment. Each coach adds their own value, insights, and style, making every masterclass special and meaningful.
The free masterclass is required to see if your videos are of good quality and if we are a good fit.
It is also unique way to introduce yourself to our community and showcase your expertise.
It’s part of our core content, giving students a taste of what you offer while highlighting the diverse knowledge of our coaches. This helps build trust and connection with future students.
For our base academy masterclasses – if you want to make changes you need to contact us.
But for independent classes – yes, you have the flexibility to update or enhance your masterclass as needed. Keeping your content fresh and up-to-date is a great way to stay engaged with your audience.
There’s no long-term commitment. We want you to feel comfortable and valued, with the freedom to explore this opportunity on your terms.
Professional filming equipment isn’t necessary, but good lighting, clear audio, and a horizontal video format are recommended to make your masterclass visually appealing.
